Issue & Image/Burson-Marsteller for Public Utility Commisson of Texas

Anther collaborative effort between HDN, Issue & Image and Burson-Marsteller. Once again we designed several ads (two shown above), as well as worked with an ad buyer to distribute electronic files for multiple paper placements across the state of Texas. The Public Utility Commission of Texas received an electrifying response—another pleased client.
